The seminar will cover the current changes to pre-action Notices, court and tribunal processes, the introduction of pre-action requirements for some private sector evictions and also mention the proposals in the Domestic Abuse (Protection) (Scotland) Bill which will allow social landlords the ability to remove abusers more quickly.
