Confused about the 2006 Act?  Unsure about the formulation of your heads of claim?  The GBA is running a Masterclass on the substantive law and procedural matters pertaining to cohabitee claims on separation and death.There will be a 45 minute talk by Kirsty Malcolm, Advocate who specialises in this area and is the co-author of Green’s published book on Co-habitation (2nd edition). Following upon the talk there will be a 1 hour 15 min Advocates’ question and answer session. There will be a panel of Advocates comprising Kirsty Malcolm, Desmond Cheyne and Alison Wild to answer your difficult questions arising from the 2006 Act.With Advocates’ answers to those tricky issues you are currently dealing with, this is a seminar that you cannot afford to miss!All delegates are invited to submit questions in advance for the panel’s consideration, and for the consideration of the other delegates attending.
