The Glasgow Bar Association has posted in the Information section, under Cadder Files, all papers from its recent seminar on Cadder, which was attended by the Human Rights Organisation, JUSTICE. We have also included a list of contacts who practitioners can call, free of charge, should they have any enquiries about what to do in a police interview situation. We will try to answer those enquiries at all times. We have also included for practitioners a document entitled - "Giving legal advice at police stations: practical pointers"- prepared by JUSTICE. The GBA has now formally affiliated with JUSTICE and will continue to monitor developments in the aftermath of Cadder.
