The Topic

This seminar will examine the progress of the claim between the stages of lodging a response up to the point shortly before the final Hearing.  It will look at the steps that you should take when acting on behalf of a Claimant to ensure that you deal effectively with the claim and improve your client’s prospects of success. It will also consider the handling of the claim from a Respondent’s perspective and in particular what steps you may wish to take when acting on behalf of a Respondent to protect your client’s interests.
