The Topic
Valuing the claim is key part of the Employment Tribunal process. This seminar will examine the issue of the valuing of the claim from both a Claimant and a Respondent’s perspective. It will consider what steps you should take when acting on behalf of Claimants to ensure that you maximise the value of the claim for the purposes of negotiation of settlement and any award being sought at the Hearing. It will also consider the arguments to be presented on behalf of a Respondent to reduce the size of any settlement or award.
